Puerto Vallarta Water Taxis

View Puerto Vallarta Water Taxis in a larger map.

Puerto Vallarta Water taxis are a fun way to get around the Bahia de Banderas region. In some cases, certain beaches and towns can only be accessed by a water Taxi.

If you are interested in taking a trip to see the beautiful town of Yelapa, then you will have to take a water taxi. You can do this one of two ways. Catch a water taxi at the Los Muertos Pier in Puerto Vallarta. The other option is to take an orange and white TUM bus to Boca de Tomatlan and then catch a water taxi from there. This second option is cheaper and can be faster, however, it is not as direct.
